Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the course of the management agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, contractual details, financial arrangements, and proprietary strategies.

Exceptions to confidentiality:

• Disclosure required by law.
• Information that becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party.

4. Service Obligations

Premiummeetaccess is committed to providing management services that promote the success of its clients, including but not limited to securing contracts, negotiating terms, providing marketing services, and offering career support.

5. Artist Obligations

Clients are expected to act in good faith and provide accurate and complete information regarding their professional careers. This includes keeping Premiummeetaccess informed of any contractual agreements or existing obligations and following professional standards in their conduct.

6. Disclaimers

Premiummeetaccess makes no representations or guarantees regarding the income or financial success of its clients. External market conditions can affect an artist’s career, and Premiummeetaccess is not liable for such factors.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Premiummeetaccess shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the management services provided. Any claims of liability must be limited to the fees paid for the services in question.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the management agreement with written notice, subject to terms in the contract. Premiummeetaccess reserves the right to terminate services if a client fails to comply with these terms.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This legal notice and all agreements are governed by the laws of Premiummeetaccess Lwas. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Premiummeetaccess.

10. Amendments

Premiummeetaccess reserves the right to amend this legal notice at any time. Continued engagement with our services will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
